Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Received a unlawful detainer after foreclosure. I have a renter and the investment group who bought the home have sent a 5 day and 10 day notice. The next day I receive a amended portion stating that California law 1161.2 gives the renter 60 more days.
should I assume that all is done until the 60 days or do I have to answer the summons?
