Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
i recently had a case dismissed(unlawful detainer) because my landlord didnt show up. now i checked my messages, and she had left one saying we had court tuesday *30, i just heard this at 930 tues morning. called the court, asked what was going on. they said she filed a motion< to have the dismissel over turned. i wasnt there! now what can happen? or what should i do now?

Pay your rent or move. The best case for you is that the dismissal was upheld, or that it was overturned, but you can overturn that because you were not given proper notice. In that case, she is still free to refile and will still get a judgment for any unpaid rent. So all you would be doing is wasting time.
