Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
i recieved a notice that the house were i was renting was lost by the owner and that the bank owned it now an i calle and they game me the chance to move out with the cash for keys but when i was ready to give them the key they said that the didnt own that property any more that the owner went onto bankrupt and now they dont want to give me anything
