Just recived a 7 day notice; the trailer park owner demands that my brother not park his auto in the carport space of my Aunt's mobilehome. My aunt has no cars, so her space is open, furthermore she's agreed to allow my brother use of her carport space.
Can he demand the car not park there?

That depends on the terms of the written contract your aunt has with the park.
