Re: religion on the apt. premises

If it's in a person's apartment, of course, assuming it doesn't interfere with your quiet enjoyment of your property.

You might talk with the property owner (as opposed to the resident manager) about the situation if it's elsewhere, and see if something can be worked out.

You don't really give enough facts to answer this properly.

Where is the assembly? On the front lawn...in the hallways...in someone's apartment..in the laundry room, etc.? How many people? Is it noisy? Does it interfere with your enjoyment of your premises?

Or are you an atheist, and detest religious groups?

As Mr. Cohen aptly points out, you are entitled to "quiet enjoyment"

If I can help you more, please e-mail me some additional facts at my office, and I'll try to give you more comprehensive advice.
