What is the remedy if after receiving notice from the landlord of the expiration of the lease agreement and intent not to renew the lease(3 year lease) or permit a month to month tennacy, and the tenant cannot physically vacate the premisis for a period of 90 days? [ The property is the headquarters of a 5019c)(3) food distribution and feeding ministry also has 4 subtenants in an Independent Living situation. It will take 90 days to relocate the ministry and find suitable housing for the subtenants]

You have no legal remedies. You will be in unlawful detainer of the premises upon expiration of the lease. Your only option is to negotiate with the landlord.
