Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I rent an apartment. I am the only one who signed the rental agreement. My brother and his girlfriend moved in as guests---paid no rent. Brother broke up w/ girlfriend, moved out. Girlfriend still living w/ me--no rent. Felt sorry for her, she's been here 5 months. I'd like her to leave now. Can I put her stuff out, or do I need to do a 30-Day Notice. She doesn't pay rent--not on rental agreement.

You need to give her a 30-day notice first.
