Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I rent one a couple of rooms in the house I also live in. One "tenant", my son's girlfriend (my son is no longer in the house) is a heavy methamphetamine user. There was never any rental agreement with her, and she does not in any way contribute anything to the house. While I am at work, during the day, she has other drug addicts over the house. I want her out. Is there any other remedy to get her out sooner than the normal eviction? The police in the area are well aware of her. Last week, one night she asked me for a cigarette, and I refused. The very next morning when I was leaving for work, my two front tires were slashed. i filed a police report, but the officer relayed that since no one had seen her do it, there was nothing that could be done. I am just tired of this situation. Please help!!

If she pays by the week by the day or by the month, serve her a notice to quit that allows for whatever time frame she pays rent. At the end of the period if she doesn't leave, call the police and have her arrested for trespassing under section 602.3 of the Penal Code. Good luck.
