rent to a family member
what if there's more than on family member living in home. Do I have them all sing a rental argreement? How do I collect the rent? Do they all get a reciept?

You should have every adult living in a rental property listed in the lease and personally sign the lease. This becomes important if you ever need to evict the parties. In terms of collecting the rent and reciepts, this should be addressed in the lease agreement (i.e. proportional, etc).
