Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I rent the first floor of a business property where I run my business. The land lord has leased the upper floor as a residence without the proper use permit. The tenants upstairs jump on the floor, blow marijuana smoke into our facility and play loud music to try to disrupt my business. The lease that we have has been violated. We were deprived of a bathroom for 2 weeks because of drug use upstairs. Is this a good case?

A good case for what? To break your lease? Money damages? Nuisance claims against the neighbors? The landlord?
