rent free lease, but eviction

my ex boyfriend gave me a rent free lease agreement, eventhough both parties signed, he is now trying to evict me, does he have rights to do that, do I have rights, any other court cases like this?

You don't give me enough facts to answer. You'll have to resubmit, or e-mail my office with more.

A lease is a contract, and my first question is why would an "ex-BF" give you a rent free lease.

There are any number of reasons to evict someone that do not involve being late with the rent. Obviously, it is hard to be late, when you owe no rent.

Yes, you have rights, but I can't tell you about other court cases like "this", when I don't know what "this" is!!!!

In addition to what my colleague states, why would you want to continue to live with your ex-boyfriend. (By the way, I would assume that he gave you the rent-free lease while you were still in a relationship.)
