rent increase

how often can my rent be raised and how much in one year period?

In non-rent control areas, the only limitation is proper written notice

( i.e. at least as long as the minimum monthly term of the agreement) with proper service and avoiding either a discriminatory motive or a retaliatory intent against the tenant.
