Re: Rent issues

Is there a written lease? If so, what provision do you have that covers this?

If not, was there an oral agreement?

What difference does it make? Why do you care if they are paying the rent?

Resubmit with answers to these,or e-mail my office with these answers, and I'll try to help you as best I can.
