we rent, we had serious problems with plumbing bak up, feces in a lake in my daughters play area.one of many problems that are serious.after 3 months of watching the landlord try to fix and leave the problem we called code enforce.they come ,and notify landlord, repairs arent done, they quick fixed the plumbing and one week later we are given a 3 day pay or quit.nowm we have witheld one months rent up to this point can we win in court and how?

You might subpoena a witness from Code Enforcement. You might also have them re-inspect the property before trial. Bring photographs, of course, and any witnesses to the muck. Besides, it doesn't sound like a great place to live. You might want to just negotiate a move-out agreement without judgment.
