Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I rent a space in a RV park paying $450 for past 6 years and today received a letter on my door stating they are increasing rent $200 in 60 days. Is this legal? I live in San Diego, CA Also do RV park owners have an obligation to provide tenants with a co-ed shower facility /laundry room area?

Unless you live in a jurisdiction which has rent control which extends to RV Parks, yes, they can increase your rent with a 60 day notice, and there is no limitation as to how much it may increase. As for the second question, I do not know the answer - you'll want to review the California Code of Administrative Regulations as they contain the minimum requirements for RV Parks.
