Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
My rental agreement calls for me to give 60 days notice before moving out, but I thought 30 days is the legal requirement. Is the 60 days enforceable? I live in L.A. county.

Yes. The 30-days is the default. The landlord and tenant can agree to a longer time by written agreement.
