Rental Agreement

3 renters, one decides to break lease. we signed a contract aside from leasing contract with clause stating if one leaves the other must approve of replacement. Is there a way to send a register letter reiterating this. And is this contract signed by the 3 renters valid?

Yes, as to registered letter. Write what you want about the clause, and mail it. Certified is cheaper than registered and just as accurate.

Contract, in my opinion is valid, although there are a number of complicated "ifs" too numerous to go into.

I could write for half an hour on the plus and minus here, but mostly would be good.
