Rental deposit

The house I rent is being forclosed on. The property manager has moved his office, leaving no forwarding address. How do I obtain my deposit back?

Re: Rental deposit

Contact the party foreclosing (probably a bank), and get landlord's name, address, etc.

However, when foreclosure is completed (assuming it is not final), you should get it from the new owner.
