rental

after I gave to my tenant three days notice to pay the rent or quit , my tenant she moved out .Do I need to do some legal paper before I get in to my house?

If your tenant moved within the three (3) days, and has not left anything that would make you believe that she is still claiming possession of the property, then you may enter and reclaim possession. Delivery of the keys to you would have helped establish that she was no longer claiming any right of possession, however, tenants don't often think that way. Recall that a three day notice gives the tenant two options - pay or move. Sounds like she chose the later.
