Rental Lease

I moved in with 2 others about a week ago, It is not working out with the room mates and I asked the manger if i can move into a one beroom or take me off the lease, They told me that I have to get in written form my room mates and if they do not qullifiy for the rental by them self i would have to stay on the lease. Can I move out any ways ??

You can't move out without incurring potential liability. This could be a real problem for you. I suggest you find an alternate room mate to take your place and see if first the landlord, and also your room mates will go along with that plan. Remember, if you aren't off the lease you are liable.

Yes. you can move out!! DON'T!!
