If i have a rental lease for one year, and the agreement is written to pay 200 per month. and my landlord says i need to pay more can i be kicked out?

If there is no provision in the lease allowing for a rental increase, no increase is allowed. His raising the rent is a breach of the contract by him and refuse to pay any additional sum. If he attempts to evict you, you can sue for his breach of contract.
