Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I rented an aptment with my fiance on Oct 3 we signed a 6th month lease and she bailed out after 5 days what are my options now I paid all the up front fees to get in the place and I payed for all the essentalls the live there but she was supposed to pay half and now she gone what are my options i really can' afford to live there!!!t

Tell the landlord what happened and that you can not really now afford the rent. See i yuo can work somethig out wilth him. Perhaps you can sub-lease the unit for the six month period of time.

Count your self lucky that you did not get into the situation of signing a life time lease with your fiance.
