Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

What options do you want? Have you been damaged in some way? Do you know and can you prove the landlord knew and failed to disclose, or is this something that was an open secret in the neighborhood, but maybe a real secret from the LL? If th LL didn't know, you have no options at all unless the property was damaged by the growing in a way that affects its habitability.
