Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I've been a renter in a house with a major leaky roof that the landlord has not repaired for the past two years. I think I've been getting sick from the mold and mildew, what are my rights as a tenant?

Get the health dept. to issue a citation. If the conditions are not repaired in 30 days you can withhold rent or move out and sue for relocation expenses.
