renter

my landlord excepts only cash. I have lived 7 years and always paid my rent, sometimes a little late and pay a $50.00 late charge. if the landlord wants me out, what are my rights?

Assuming that you are on a month-to-month lease, the landlord can give you a 30 day notice. Paying in cash does not have anything to do with this. On the other hand, again assuming there is not a longer lease, you also can move out and owe no more rent, after you give the landlord a 30 day notice. Unless there are more facts, not in your question, you have no rights, as far as preventing an eviction.
