Renter Move out
Renter (verbal agreement) Lived in residence in Taft Ca for 15yrs same rent 500 mo and offered property to buy but he is 69 and no monies and cant qualify and does not want to move and will be a problem What legal rights and how do I get him out in order to fix the house up for sale?

Serve him with a 30 day notice to vacate.
If he is not gone by day 31, you file an unlawful detainer (an eviction).
The fact that he has lived there 15 years, and is 69, does not change the fact that it is your property, and you can sell it.
