You are required to continue paying your rent as your lease requires. Keep copies of your payments, receipts, and lease. Once the property is foreclosed, you should be notified about the identity of the new owner. At that point, you can try to negotiate staying on as a tenant, cash for keys to move, and/or a delay in relocating.
