Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Renter rights when the rental property is being sold

I have been renting a house for 5 years and approximately two weeks ago, without any notice by the owner, I found out the property was on the market for sale.

- What rights do I have, if any?

- Did the owner have any obligation to inform me of the

listing of the property?

- What are my rights after the house is sold?

- How long to I have before I can be forced to move?

Thank you for your help!

Thank
