Can a landlord tell his tenent that she may not have overnight male company at anytime, ever?

Basically, landlord cannot do this......but there are a lot of exceptions. Does a written lease say no overnight "guests"? Is there anything illegal going on, such as selling drugs, or making drugs? Is there discrimination, such as race, color, religion, etc.? Without the lease stating that guests are excluded, nothing illegal going on, and no damage to the premises, landlord cannot tell you who can and cannot stay with you.

Unless it's barred by the rental agreement, the answer is "no" unless you're renting a room in someone else's house.
