I am renting a house at the moment and the owner is kicking me out, there is a few small holes in the walls. Will I lose all of my downpayment?

If you did not cause the holes, you will not lose your down payment. Remember, deposits are required by LAW to returned to you within 21 days of being kicked out.

If you caused the holes, can you fix them.

If you did NOT cause the holes, can you prove you did NOT cause the holes.
