I'm renting a room without a rental agreement. I would like to know if I ask them to move within 30 days due to conflicts we are having could it be possible?

Yes, if they have not been there for a year or more. After a year you must give 60-days notice. If you have no other boarders, you do not have to evict them if they do not leave after the 30 or 60 days. For one-boarder in your home situations, they become trespassers immediately after the end of the notice period.
