Rents

I rent and my renters owe me they are aware that it is 50.00 extra when they are late. They still have not paymed me what do me and my husband do?

You might serve them with a three-day notice to pay or quit. Then, if they don't pay within the three days, you can file an unlawful detainer lawsuit and evict them. If you do that, you should not accept any more money from them.
