retailatory unlawful detainer

california civil code 1942.5(a)5(c). does the 180 days commence on the trial date when decision is rendered?or does this protection of 1942.5(a)5(c) commence on the date judgment is entered? would jufgment entered be considered to be merely a ministerial act?

The answer to your question(s) is judgment date, but judger have great areas of latitude and I have seen both dates used.
