Retaliation and deposit issues, eviction!

Signed 6 mo. lease with ''prop mgrs'', paid partial deposit, to make arraingments for balance. Landlord disagrees with content of lease,asked for a walk through, and didn't get it. Landlord comes in my apt. when I'm on toilet, chase him out, my first meeting with him. gives me 3 day notice, for already paid rent, and partial deposit. I challenge him, saying he's retaliating from my going to sue him. Then, his ''lawyer'' sends a different notice, with diff amounts. I question is validity, now landlord is offering me $500, and no back anything, if I move within 2 weeks. I can't afford to move. Long post but I need advice. I can't afford much for attorney. HELP!!!
