Retaliatory Eviction

I'm trying to file a case against my

landlord who tried to unlawfully evict

me...

I'd like to file in Small Claims Court,

but am concerned it might fall

outside the parameters of a Small

Claims Judge.

Do they hear ANY type of case?

Has anyone ever filed or pursued this

type of case?

The limits are %7,500, and they hear civil suits.

Please resubmit with facts, or I cannot answer the last question.
