Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

My roomate is kicking me out over a dispute with her flea infested cats. i have lived in the house 11 months. her boyfriend moved in aug 15 and paid 200 in partial rent. her cats were flea infested for over two weeks and she refused to treat them we had a fight and shortly after she gave me a note to move on nov 1 i never had a lease or signed anything however i have proof of rent payments.becuse she was mad both my roomate and her boyfriend began treating me badly makeing me feel unwelcome after two weeks of torture i decided to move out oct 1 but i only gave her 3 days notice. i planned to pay her 200 even though i was moving. she is demanding 250 and also demanding for me to get the rest of my stuff out of the house by tomorrow even though i have to work and planned to do it monday oct 3. she is being very mean and difficult saying pay 250 get out tomorrow or else, she is threating me and removed me from her face book i believe she is spreading rumors. the owner of the house knows i live in the house but she doesn't know the boyfriend does can she do this and since she is do i have to pay her?

Leave as soon as you can and take all your belongings with you. Don't pay her a dime and tell her that she owes you money for infesting your clothes and belongings with fleas. You don't need morons like this in your life. Good luck.
