Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I had a roommate who didn't pay her half of the rent for Oct 2010, Nov 2010, or Dec 2010. I have an apt, and she is NOT on the lease. I gave her a 30 day notice to pay or move out on Nov 1. On Dec. 22 I gave her a 3 day notice to pay or move out. She moved out on Dec 26. at 5 am. She told me she was moving out, and took most of her belongings. I have since gotten another roommate, and I do not have room to store the things she's left behind. I have no idea where she's staying, and I left 4 unreturned messages on her cell phone. How do I go about getting rid of the rest of her belongings?

What is their value? There is a notice that you must send her before you get rid of her "abandoned" belongings if you feel they are worth less than $300 total.

If they are worth more, there are procedures you must follow. Feel free to contact me if you need some help.
