Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I have a roommate who would not pay for rent or any of the bills he told me he would. I also have a nine year old son and he has ADHD and the roommate threatens to call CPS because my son has really bad fits. The guy leaves alcohol around where my son could have gotten hold of and drank it and possible kill him. We also suspect that he is on drugs too. Did I have the right to kick him out?

If you rented the premises you have the right to kick out anyone you want to.
