Roommate
If you have specifically told a roommate they are not to go in your room and you have a web cam running and see that they have come in and looking around, what can you do about that? Could that be considered breaking and entering without permission?

The police are not going to arrest your roommate for such a minor offense, nor will they probably even come to the apartment to investage it. Get permission from the landlord to install a lock on your door. Do you want to spent the rest of the time both of you continue to live there in a fighting mood? At least she is only snoppying and not stealing.
