Re: rv park evictions

He should not be manager, if he doesn't know these rules. Also, your question is lacking clarity. Do you want to know how soon you can serve eviction notice if the rent is late? What about where lease ends, and tenant wants to stay, but landlord doesn't want tenant on property? What if there is a public nuisance, or criminal enterprise, or damage is being done to landlord's property? What if tenant complains, and landlord wants to evict because tenant is always complaining? All these have different rules, and different laws covering them. Please e-mail or call me with more specific questions, and I'll give you some answers. I would strongly suggest your friend go to a nearby law library (you don't have to be a lawyer) and most law librarians are very helpful. If he reads all the different situations, he'll be a lot more knowledgeable than now.
