Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

In San Bernardino County how long does a tenant have to be evicted after receiving eviction notice, which is supposed to be served in 2-3 days? Supposedly a quick eviction was filed?

If you are referring to a termination notice, the notice is typically 3 days (but a different amount of time can be indicated in a written contract). Once the appropriate time period has passed and the tenant has not done what the termination notice indicates, the landlord/owner has to begin the legal eviction process by filing an eviction complaint against said tenant(s).
