Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Satelite relocation for construction

The apartment complex I live in is currently going through a construction phase where they are covering the wood exterior with a stucco/texture coating. All the tenants just received a letter stating that their satelite dishes (16 of 33 units) were improperly installed and would have to be relocated to their specs. I've lived here for 4 years + and when I signed the original lease agreement, there was no spec. on satelite dish placement. Moreover, the dish was already on my balcony when I moved in. I simply hooked up to it for my service. My questions are these: 1. Should I have to pay for the relocation, and 2. During the construction phase I will be suffering a loss of service for an estimated 2 - 3 weeks. Shouldn't I also be reimbursed for this?

Thank you, Bill Giardino
