Who exactly do I need to serve a "3 Day Pay Rent or Quit" notice to?
The people who entered into the lease agreement are a married couple. Also listed by name as occupants are the son (a minor) and mother of the couple that entered into the rental agreement.
Do I have to serve the minor son and mother too individually?

You list all named adults and all unknown occupants. You may have another person, preferably a process server, hand it to each adult at the premises, and then mail it to each of the other named adults. If no one is present, the server may post it in a conspicuous place and mail it to each adult, and complete a proof of service.
