Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I was served with a notice stating Civil Code 827. I received this notice from the new owners. I have being renting the property for 21 years come November will be 22. I read the code and understand it. I would like to ask if I decide to move within the period they have given me, is the any law that supports me with my deposit and if there is any allowance for handicap tenants. I've lived in the house for all of my son's life and the house itself is well accommodated for his needs.

Section 827 of the Civil Code deals with notices of a landlord of a change in terms of the rental agreement and covers increases in rent. It does not have anything to do with evictions or you moving, so your question does not make any sense.
