Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
I signed a contract with my landlord. When I ask for a copy of our contract, he forge my signature. I don't like the fact that he forged my signature. What can I do about it?

If you signed the contract why did he have to forge your signature? What does he say? If you had agreed to al the contraact terms and the part forged did not chnage or add anything of substance, there probably are no damages from the improper false signature. I doubt the police would do anything because it is too petty as crimes go. Aside from complaning to the landlord there does not appear there is much you can do.
