Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
i signed my lease for my business. the landlord did not sign. now hes trying to kick me out before my business hasnt even opened? what can i do?!

I think the argument can be made that the agreement is enforceable if you have taken possession pursuant to the terms of the lease.
