Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
Just signed a rental agreement that garage would be remodeled. Notified two months after lease was signed that remodeling would actually take place inside our unit, they are building new apartment adjacent to ours, with construction scheduled to begin in 6 days, when we were told we would have 30 day notice. Rights?
