I signed a stipulated judgement on a ud not knowing what it was
the judge has not lodged it yet
Can I get out of it?

You can try, but the judge is going to ask how could you sign something without knowing what it was. See if opposing counsel will let you withdraw; if not, you will have to come up with a motion, probably to set aside judgment, CCP473 ?.
