Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I signed a 1 year lease with my wife and we got an extra parking spot that is not in the lease contract. 1 month passed and the office called me saying I no longer have the extra parking space and from now on I should park my car on the street. I feel like they led me to sign a contract that I would never sign if I knew one month later they would take away my extra parking spot. I called the lease office and the lady said I could give a 30 day notice and pay the break of contract fee. Is there anything I can do to have the fee waived or get my car spot back?

Your post does not make any sense. If the extra parking spot was not in the lease and was not discussed, then how was it a make or break part of the deal? You are not entitled to keep things you get by accident.
