There are a lot more facts that are necessary to answer this question - was your sister a borrower on the loan, does she have proof of the misrepresentations to her, was there any equity in the house because if not, it is probably not relevant that it was foreclosed. This is really a family law question, not a landlord-tenant question, which is where it was posted.
